Ask the Pharmacist

What supplement against physical and mental stress? Can I combine vitamins with supplements for memory and concentration?

Dear Aldo,

Omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA are essential for the health of the body. An adequate and balanced intake of long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids is essential for the normal functioning of nerve cells as well as for the production and release of 2 important neurotransmitters: serotonin and dopamine

Omegor Krill is a pure krill lipid extract supplement developed to improve mental and physical stress response as well as concentration ability.

Krill oil is a complex of omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA in the form of phospholipids and the carotenoid Astaxanthin. It allows you to benefit from the preventive anti-inflammatory effect of Omega-3 and the powerful antioxidant action of Astaxanthin. The recommended dose is 2 capsules daily, taken just before or with meals. Alternatively, I recommend the product Omegor Twinefa, a supplement rich in Omega-3 EPA and DHA and Omega-6 GLA from borage oil.

 The combination of these 2 classes of fatty acids is useful for:

  • Balancing mood;
  • Ensure proper skin trophism;
  • Play an effective anti-inflammatory action.

The recommended daily dose is at least 2 pearls per day, taken before a meal. I remain available for further information. Best regards.
