Methods of Payment

Credit Card
Every purchase is made with the utmost security by using the HiPay payment circuit to protect your personal and credit card information from unauthorized access.
After receiving confirmation of your order, you will be directed to HiPay's secure servers that will handle the transaction.
The credit cards accepted are: American Express, Maestro, MasterCard, PostePay and Visa.

Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your order number and a summary of the details of your purchase. Remember that you can check the status of your order at any time in the "My Orders" section on MyAccount.

 

PayPal Account
You can pay conveniently and securely by logging into your PayPal account. After confirming your order through the site, you will be directed to PayPal's secure servers, where you can access your account and pay via credit balance or through your linked account.
Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your order number and a summary of your purchase details.

Remember that you can check the status of your order at any time in the "My Orders" section on MyAccount.

 

Satispay
This is a payment method that allows you to shop on our online shop in a smart and secure way.
Upon confirmation of your order through the site, you will be redirected to a Satispay screen with the barcode for payment. Simply scan the barcode with your Satispay app to pay and confirm your order.

Remember that you can check the status of your order at any time in the "My Orders" section on MyAccount.

Bank Transfer
If you choose this payment method, once you have placed your order you must follow the following procedure (reported via email at the time of order confirmation): the reason to be reported on the bank transfer must indicate the order number and the bank transfer must be made in favor of:

- beneficiary: U.G.A. Nutraceuticals Srl;

- bank transfer c/o BANCA INTESA IBAN: IT89M03069031101000013518 and BIC: BCITITMM

- causal: enter order confirmation number received by e-mail and buyer's last name.

 

Cash on delivery
This mode consists of paying the total amount of the order directly to the courier upon delivery. You can choose this method of payment only for orders with shipping in Italy. Payment can only be made in cash. We recommend preparing the exact amount as the courier may not have the rest of the amount due. The management of this type of payment involves a small surcharge of € 2.00 indicated in the shopping cart purchase process.
