Work-related stress: can omega-3s help?

I am a 60-year-old lady who is a bit stressed as I work several hours a day. Can you recommend a treatment that will cheer me up a bit? Thank you very much and I look forward

Dear Madam,

work-related stress is a fairly widespread phenomenon that produces a range of symptoms, more or less important from the point of view of mental and physical health. The one I can recommend among our omega 3supplements is Omegor Krill, a krill oil supplement, indicated for states of mental and physical stress and to promote better ability to concentrate.

Krill oil contains omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA in the form of phospholipids and natural astaxanthin, so it allows you to benefit from the anti-inflammatory effect of omega-3 and the powerful antioxidant action of astaxanthin. Omegor Krill contains pure krill oil from the cold South Atlantic Seas and is available in hard gelatin capsules, which, unlike soft capsules, are completely odorless.

The dosage is 2 cps/day to be taken before a meal, preferably in the first part of the day. If you also experience symptoms of omega-3 deficiency in the diet, such as skin dryness and mood imbalance, you can combine Omegor Krill with 1 cps/day of the supplement Omegor Antiage, which combines omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids with a cocktail of nutrients with antioxidant activity.

The recommended supplementation period is at least 2 months. I recommend that you inform your treating physician of your choice to start dietary supplementation if you are concurrently taking drug therapy.

I hope I have been helpful and invite you to contact us again if you have any further questions about this issue.

Sincerely,

Dr. Rosaria Ramondino Pharmacist and pharmaceutical chemist
