Omega-3 for a 22-year-old girl: what is the right dosage?

For healthy adults A minimum daily intake of 500 milligrams of Omega-3 EPA and DHA. The daily amount of EPA and DHA for a woman with an intermediate degree of physical training should range from 800 to 1400 milligrams, equal to 1-2 pearls of Omegor Vitality 1000 (or 2-4 pearls of Vitality 500).
