What supplements for high cholesterol?

Dear Georgia,

I would recommend that you take Cardiol, a supplement that is very rich in active ingredients and vitamins that can support cardiovascular health. Omega-3 EPA and DHA help to:

  • Reduce blood triglycerides;
  • Promote the elevation of "good" HDL cholesterol;
  •  Stabilize heart rate and rhythm.
Fermented red rice, bioflavonoids, polycosanols, tocotrienols and vitamin B3 work synergistically by effectively promoting LDL cholesterol reduction.

Cardiol, thanks to folic acid and vitamin B12, helps to reduce levels of plasma homocysteine, a metabolite with injurious action on the vascular endothelium. Antioxidants such as resveratrol, Coenzyme Q10, sesamin, and piperine, on the other hand, help counter oxidative stress, a major cause of cellular deterioration. The recommended dose is 1 pearl per day:

  • To be taken just before dinner;
  • To be combined with a healthy, balanced diet.

If you wish to increase your intake of Omega-3 fatty acids, you can combine Cardiol with 1-2 pearls of Omegor Vitality 1000, a dietary supplement of Omega-3 EPA and DHA. Hoping to have provided you with a comprehensive answer, thank you for contacting us.

Sincerely.
