Is VitaDHA 1000 suitable for 7- and 11-year-old girls?

I would like to know if it is possible to give one tablet a day of VITADHA1000 for an 11-year-old girl and a 7-year-old girl, who do not eat fish. I have tried Omegor Kids, but I have not had many postive results. Thank you

Dear Lucia,

VitaDHA 1000 is a supplement high in DHA, which is very useful during the developmental stages, thus suitable for children 3 years and older. One tablet of VitaDHA 1000 contains as much as 430 milligrams of DHA in its natural triglyceride form, the most stable and digestible form, and particularly suitable for improving nerve transmission and central production of neurotransmitters that affect emotional state. The omega-3s in which VitaDHA 1000 is rich are, in addition, helpful in promoting normal heart function, normal blood triglyceride levels and normal blood pressure. According to several studies, omega-3 deficiency in childhood and adolescence could promote oppositional attitudes and impair school performance. As reported by an article published on the blog

In fact, omega-3 DHA represents an essential component of the cell membranes of nerve cells and the retina and plays a key role in mediating processes that enable the transmission of signals between neurons. I would also remind you that the omega-3 in which VitaDHA 1000 is rich is, in addition, helpful in promoting normal heart function, normal blood triglyceride levels and normal blood pressure.
