Psychophysical stress, sports, and high cholesterol: is there a unique supplement?

Dear Rosi,

there is a supplement that potentially acts both on the psychophysical stress front and to promote cholesterol control: it is Omegor Krill, which I recommend you try at a dosage of 2 capsules per day, taken in the first part of the day. Omegor Krill is an all-natural supplement, as it contains only krill oil-the lipid extract obtained from the crustacean Krill that combines the benefits of the omega-3s EPA and DHA with those of the antioxidant astaxanthin. Krill oil contains the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA in the form of phospholipids-a structure that:

- makes omega-3 fatty acids more absorbable by our body;
- increases their distribution to the nervous system and red blood cells.

Thus, with Krill oil supplementation it is possible to achieve:

- better responses to states of mental and physical stress;
- promote better concentration ability;
- promote control of lipid profile and cholesterol levels.

In addition, the astaxanthin present in Krill is the only carotenoid capable of crossing the blood-brain barrier and thus exerting its powerful antioxidant effect at the level of the nervous system. Since you frequently practice sports, are simultaneously engaged in studies, and have cholesterol levels to keep under control-for all these reasons, I believe that it is precisely from dietary supplementation with Omegor Krill that potential support may be possible for you. However, I recommend that you consult with your physician-especially if you are following concomitant drug therapies. I remain available for further information and invite you to contact us again.

Sincerely,

Dr. Rosaria Ramondino Pharmacist and pharmaceutical chemist
