Each capsule of Omegor Vitality 1000 contains 1000 mg of fish oil. More than 75% (thus more than 750 mg/cps) of the fatty acids present are omega-3 series fatty acids of which at least 420 mg is EPA and 210 mg is DHA. The other omega-3 fatty acids are alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), stearidonic acid(STD), eicosatrienoic acid (ETE), eicosatetraenoic acid (ETA) and docosapentaenoic acid (DPA). The remainder consists of polyunsaturated fatty acids of the omega-6 class and omega-9 monounsaturated fatty acids.
