Can I take Omega-3 in combination with 100 mg daily of cardioaspirin?

Can I take Omega-3 in combination with 100 mg daily of cardioaspirin? If yes, how much and when? Are they good for sports?

Dear Mr. Margozzi,

no undesirable effects have been shown following the simultaneous intake of cardioaspirin and Omega-3.

A study by Dr. Sehran, a Harvard (USA) researcher, showed that taking acetylsalicylic acid stimulates the production of epilipoxins, endogenous substances derived from EPA and DHA with strong anti-inflammatory effect. I recommend that you take 1 pearl of Omegor Vitality 1000, just before a main meal. The Omega-3 content of each capsule is 400 mg of EPA and 200 mg of DHA. Responding now to your second question, I can assure you thatsupplementation with these fatty acids is very helpful during physical activity.

In particular:

  • Promotes better oxygenation of all tissues;
  • Enables better recovery from states of physical fatigue;
  • Inhibits the formation of free radicals;
  • Improves physical endurance.

The 2:1 ratio of the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA found in Omegor Vitality 1000 mg helps minimize inflammation in muscles and joints.

I remain at your disposal for any further questions on this matter and cordially greet you.
