Folliculitis and skin inflammation, which supplement do I choose?

Good morning I would like to take an omega 3 supplement for dry skin problems, folliculitis, hand chilblains,.... I think Omegor Vitality might be the right product among the ones you propose, but I don't know the dosage. Could you guys help me? Thank you very much.

Dear Roberta,

against folliculitis, chilblains, skin dryness and in general to assist the well-being of the skin, the product that may prove most useful is Omegor Antiage. In fact, the formulation of Omegor Antiage is very rich in active ingredients with adjuvant effects on skin trophism, microcirculation and favoring the resolution of inflammatory phenomena - such as precisely folliculitis.

The main nutrients in the formulation are the polyunsaturated fatty acids EPA and DHA (omega-3) and gamma- linolenic acid (omega-6) from borage oil. They can promote a rebalancing and normalizing action on the production of hormone-like molecules (eicosanoids) thereby promoting:

  • elasticity
  • hydration
  • the skin tone of the skin

In fact, the skin actively metabolizes essential fats, promoting the production of anti-inflammatory substances.

Against folliculitis and skin inflammation, what dosage of Omegor Antiage?

The recommended dosage for Omegor Antiage is 1 capsule per day to be taken near a meal. One last piece of advice, which applies to folliculitis but also to a person's general health: if your diet is deficient in fish and therefore omega-3, you could increase your consumption by trying to eat oily fish at least 2 times a week.

In case this is not possible for you, you can opt to take a supplement with a high concentration of omega-3 such as Omegor Vitality 1000, which you can safely combine with the product Omegor Antiage at a dosage of 2 capsules per day. I remain available for further information.
