What is the difference between Omegor Vitality and Omegor Twinefa?

Good morning, I wanted to know what the difference is between Omegor Vitality and Omegor Twinefa, and what the Omega-6s are indicated for.

Dear Oscar,

Omegor Vitality is a supplement of only Omega-3 fatty acids. Each pearl of Vitality 1000 contains 1000 milligrams of fish oil: 420 mg of EPA and 210 mg of DHA in the form of natural triglycerides, which are more easily assimilated by our bodies.

Omega-3 fatty acids are important for promoting cardiovascular health as well as for promoting the reduction of inflammation, which in some cases is subclinical and manifests itself through disorders of various kinds:

  • headache
  • malaise
  • dry skin
  • disorders of the digestive system
  • anxiety
  • depression

Omegor Twinefa is a supplement based on fish oil and borage oil, the latter a source of theOmega-6 GLA. Each pearl of Omegor Twinefa contains 400 milligrams of EPA, 200 milligrams of DHA, 10 milligrams of GLA. The combination of Omega-3 and Omega-6 is particularly useful to:

  • Ensure proper skin trophism;
  • Play an effective anti-inflammatory action;
  • Balancing mood in depressive-type disorders.

The anti-inflammatory effect of GLA has also been studied to counter excessive skin dryness,skin aging, andatopic eczema

I remain available for further information.

Sincerely.
