Seborrheic dermatitis: which supplement is best?

Dear Nicola,

for the well-being of the skin and skin adnexa, and especially for problems such as seborrheic dermatitis, omega-3s can be very helpful.

In particular, it can be even more beneficial to Consume omega-3 (EPA and DHA) in combination with omega-6 (GLA)

These fatty acids insert themselves into the structure of cell membranes and through various mechanisms have an effective anti-inflammatory action.

Therefore, I recommend 2 capsules per day of the product Omegor Vitality 1000 (packs of 30 or 45 pearls) and to combine these with 1 capsule of Omegor Antiage which contains fish oil, borage oil rich in omega-6 GLA and other nutrients with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory actions.

It is preferable to ingest the capsules close to a main meal in order to promote the absorption of the ingredients. I recommend that you follow this supplementation for a period of at least 2 months to allow the substances to unfold their beneficial effects.

Sincerely,

Rosaria Ramondino Pharmacist and Pharmaceutical Chemist.Omegor Antiage
