Children: is Omegor Kids at 2 years old okay?

Hi. my son is 30 months old and I would like to give omegor kids. can I give at this age? Thank you

Kindest,

after the age of two, it is generally permissible to include honey in children's diets-so if your pediatrician agrees, you can supplement your child's diet with the product Omegor Kids. Omegor Kids is an emulsion of algal oil (thus an oil of plant origin) and honey flavored withorange that provides:

  • omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA
  • Vitamin D3
  • Vitamin C.

The product is designed for children: find the updated product sheet here to share with your child's pediatrician. The dose I recommend is 1 measuring spoonful per day to be taken as is or added to yogurt, smoothies or lukewarm or cold drinks. The product still tastes pleasant even to the palate of younger children.
