Which omega-3 supplement is recommended to strengthen the immune system of 2 children aged 6 and 8?

Dear Simona,

our dedicated product for children is Omegor Kids, an orange-flavored liquid supplement available in single-dose sachets of 200 milligrams of DHA from algal oil. Supplementation with Omegor Kids is particularly useful and effective during school time, and your child's age is the right age to begin dietary supplementation. The amount of DHA present is the amount recommended by the European Commission and the world's most influential pediatric and clinical nutrition associations to promote a child's physical, intellectual and behavioral growth. In fact, theomega-3 fatty acid DHA is one of the fundamental constituents of the membranes of the cells of the nervous system and is also involved in the development of visual abilities. The formulation is enriched with:

  • Vitamin D3, important for calcium and phosphate fixation in bones and tooth enamel;
  • Vitamin C, an antioxidant useful for boosting the immune system.

This is made especially pleasant by the presence of honey, a natural energy source with known antibacterial, emollient and soothing activity. The dosage is 1 sachet per day:

  • To be taken individually or as a snack replacement;
  • Added to yogurt, white or fruit.

I recommend that you store the sachets in the refrigerator to enhance the organoleptic characteristics of the product.

No administration on a full stomach is necessary: this makes the product very convenient because it can be taken anywhere and at any time of day. Treatment cycles of 2-3 months can be made, then observing 1 month's break between cycles.

I cordially greet you and remain at your disposal for any clarifications.
