Taking Eulipid for soft plaques
Dear Emanuel,
his TG/HDL ratio is fine-it is important that it remains at values below 2 to maintain optimal health.
Eulipid is a supplement that does not contain fish oil and has berberine as its main component, which combines hypolipidemic action with a hypoglycemic effect, similar to that of metformin.
Eulipid can be a viable alternative for the treatment of dyslipidemia (as well as metabolic syndrome) especially in all cases of non-response or intolerance to statin treatment. Since her cardiologist intended to treat her case with statins, I preferred to suggest the natural alternative that is closest to her indications, more easily tolerated, and very effective.
Sincerely.
