What kind of fish is used in the production of Omegor Vitality?
Good day, I would like to know what kind of fish is used for Omegor Vitality, number of capsules in a package as well as the weight per single unit. Also I would like to know if alphalipoic acid is also available. Thank you and best regards.

thefish oil used in Omegor Vitality is extracted exclusively from small and very small blue fish (from anchovies for about 99% for the remaining 1% from sardines and mackerel). All fish oils used in Omegor products are obtained by multiple molecular distillation, a technological process that can ensure the total absence of pollutants as well as a high concentration in Omega-3 EPA and DHA. Omegor Vitality is available in 2 formats:
- Omegor Vitality 1000 (weight of each oil pearl + wrapper =1410 mg), 30-pack of 1000 mg fish oil pearls, 420 mg EPA and 210 mg DHA.
- Omegor Vitality 500 (weight of each oil pearl + wrapper =700 mg), 60-pack of 500 mg fish oil pearls, 210 mg EPA and 105 mg DHA.
The recommended dosage is 1-3 pearls of Omegor Vitality 1000 or 2-6 of Omegor Vitality 500, taken before a meal. In reference to your other inquiry aboutalpha-lipoic acid, I can tell you that this component is present in Omegor Antiage, a supplement very rich in active ingredients with adjuvant effects on skin trophism, microcirculation, and resolution of inflammatory phenomena. The main nutrients are the polyunsaturated fatty acids EPA, DHA (Omega-3) and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) from borage oil. Such have the function of:
- regulate and balance the production of eicosanoids (ubiquitous ephemeral hormones that regulate the activity of all cells in the body);
- Promote skin elasticity, hydration and tone.
These active ingredients, combined with antioxidants, help maintain the skin's natural youthfulness through promoting cell metabolism (Co-Q10 and alpha-lipoic acid) and reducing oxidative stress (resveratrol, curcumin, sesamin).
