Omegor Vitality liquid: what is the daily dose that allows me to replace the capsules?

I take 4 capsules of Omegor Vitality 1000 daily. I would like to try Omegor Vitality liquid but what is the daily dose that allows me to replace the capsules? Thank you, Emanuele



Dear Emanuel, 

the Omegor Vitality liquid product is the liquid version of Omegor Vitality developed for large consumers. Each package contains 20 single-dose vials with a per-dose content of 5 g of EPA and DHA. Based on his usual daily intake of EPA and DHA he could consume half a vial of Omegor Vitality liquid daily or, even better in terms of freshness, one vial every other day ensuring an average intake of at least 2.5 g of EPA and DHA.
