Ask the Pharmacist

I can't sleep well, is there a supplement that can help me?

Good morning, my name is Asim and I am 23 years old. I would need to know what I could take to reconcile and facilitate sleep. For the past couple of years I haven't been able to sleep well, I suffer from night terrors and I get scared, I don't know how to do it. Then I wanted to ask something for concentration-I can't work or concentrate on anything I do.

Dear Asim,

Omega-3 EPA and DHA are essential for the health of the body. In particular, an adequate and balanced intake of long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids (Omega-3 and Omega-6) is essential for:

  • Normalize the functioning of nerve cells;
  • produce and release the neurotransmitters serotonin and dopamine.

Omegor Twinefa is the formulation best suited to your needs: here Omega-3 EPA and DHA act synergistically with Omega-6 fatty acid GLA. This process operates an anti-inflammatory effect as well as an enhancement of serotonergic transmission that improves mood, ability to concentrate, and sleep quality.

I recommend that you start by taking 3 pearls daily at your main meals for a minimum period of 2 months. After this first phase of treatment you can, if you wish, lower the dose to 1-2 pearls per day. She can take the capsules in one go or at different times of the day. If she has difficulty swallowing, she can puncture them and take the oil individually or mix it with yogurt, white or citrus.

I would like to inform you that there is a new product available, Omegor Krill, whose formulation is particularly suitable for states of mental and physical fatigue as well as for improving concentration and memory. I hope I have been of some help to you.

I remain available for clarification.

Sincerely,

Dr. Rosaria Ramondino Pharmacist and Pharmaceutical Chemist
