Hello, I am a consumer of your products. I wanted to ask you a very simple question: can Omegor Vitality fish oil capsules be chewed?

Omegor Vitality beads can be swallowed before main meals. However, you can puncture the wrapper and add the oil to fruit yogurt or spreadable cheese.
