I would like to purchase omergor vitality 1000 but I have a problem , I suffer from dyspepsia and gastroesophageal reflux I also have digestive difficulties. I would like to know if I can take the product you recommend for hypertension. Looking forward to your reply I extend cordial greetings

Dear Vito,

to act onhypertension, even in the presence of dyspepsia can take Omegor Vitality 1000 without fear of side effects-but provided he uses some initial precautions, that is, at the time he starts taking the supplement.

Omegor Vitality and Hypertension

Four pearls of Omegor Vitality 1000 daily contribute to the maintenance of normal normal blood pressure values. This is according to the European Commission, which just in the last year has recognized the ability of the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA to contribute to the maintenance of normal blood pressure values when taken at a dosage of 3 g per day - corresponding precisely to 4 pearls of Omegor Vitality 1000. Habitual consumption of omega-3 EPA and DHA could thus promote a moderate reduction in blood pressure through an increase in vessel compliance and a slight increase in peripheral vasodilation.

Omegor Vitality and dyspepsia: some steps to avoid discomfort

In the presence of dyspepsia and thus the related digestive difficulties, should you wish to begin dietary supplementation with omega-3s even at lower dosages from those just indicated, you should proceed in this way:

  • Initially, to minimize gastrointestinal side effects that may occur due to dyspepsia, he can take small doses of Omegor Vitality with meals.
  • He could start by taking 1 capsule a day of Omegor Vitality 1000 for a period of 2 weeks.
  • He could then gradually increase the dose to 2 capsules per day for another 2 weeks and so on, always gradually.

To act on blood pressure, however, I also recommend that you engage inmoderate aerobic physical activity with slow, prolonged muscle work, such as walking daily for 30 consecutive minutes. Finally, I recommend that you inform your primary care physician if you decide to start dietary supplementation with omega-3.

Sincerely,
