What supplement can I combine with maternal VitaDHA?

Dear Stefania,

we do not have a multivitamin product: the formulation of VitaDHA Materna, based only on ultrapurified fish oil and methylfolate, allows it to be combined with other dedicated pregnancy supplements without any problems.

It can also be used during an iron treatment, but I recommend spacing each individual intake 3 hours apart to avoid possible fatty acid oxidation. Of course, I recommend that you inform your specialist of any dietary arrangements (diet, food supplements, etc.) that you plan to take during this particular period.
