How to counteract the discomforts of menopause?

Good morning, I am here to ask your advice, I am undecided whether to take Cardiol Forte or Omegor Anti Age. I am a young woman who has had my uterus and ovaries removed as well as my entire colon. I am not on hormone therapy, so I am looking for supplements that can both energize me and counteract the effects of menopause (osteoporosis, mild pressure swings, aging skin and hair). I think one of these two products is for me, but I wouldn't know which one, since I would also need to supplement with B vitamins. Only thing is that I am making antidepressants and anxiolytics in this case to counteract signs and symptoms of menopause entact and xanax, I don't know if they have contraindications with these supplements. What do you recommend?

Dear Rita,

The product I recommend is Omegor Antiage because it is the one best suited to counteract the effects of menopause that you mentioned. This product has an innovative and balanced formulation that combines:

  • marine omega-3
  • omega-6 from borage oil
  • a pool of anti-inflammatory and antioxidant actives such as resveratrol, curcumin, coenzyme Q10, and alpha lipoic acid.

The combination of antioxidants, omega-3 and gamma-linolenic acid GLA from borage oil contributes to slowing down skin aging (loss of elasticity, dryness, etc.), promotes good mood and helps reduce hot flashes and typical menopausal discomforts.

An Italian clinical study (Campagnoli et al., 2005) conducted for 24 weeks showed a significant reduction in hot flashes following supplementation with fish oil and borage oil. According to the researchers, this result is due to the stabilizing effect of polyunsaturated fatty acids on the membranes of nervous system cells: the omega-3 fatty acids EPA, DHA, and GLA influence the serotonergic system that regulates the hypothalamic centers of thermoregulation allowing a reduction in hot flashes. In addition, the omega-3 and GLA combination promotes the reduction of levels of inflammatory prostaglandins (e.g., PGE2), hormones responsible for bone resorption and implicated in mood imbalance as well as the onset of skin disorders such as dryness, eczema, psoriasis, etc. In short, Omegor Antiage is the most suitable product in your case.

  • The dosage I recommend is 1 capsule per day, taken with a meal
  • can also take Omegor Antiage concurrently with the medications he is currently taking (Entact and Xanax).

Menopause, differences between omegor Antiage and Cardiol Forte

In contrast, the product Cardiol Forte is indicated in cases of elevated cholesterol values above 240 mg/dl-because it contains in its formulation monacolin K, the natural statin from fermented red rice that helps maintain normal blood cholesterol concentrations. I remain available for further information.
