Bad cholesterol: which supplement to use in premenopause?

Dear Lisa,

the product I recommend, should your medical professional also agree, is Cardiol, a dietary supplement made from fermented red rice, a plant extract rich in Monacolin K, a natural statin useful in keeping blood cholesterol levels under control.

In addition to Monacolin K, Cardiol is formulated with fish oil rich in EPA and DHA, which support caridactic function, resveratrol, polycosanols, coenzyme Q10 and vitamin E, which help protect cells from oxidative stress, and B vitamins, which help keep homocysteine in check and modulate energy metabolism.

I recommend that you take the Cardiol capsule in the evening just before dinner to increase the effectiveness of the product.

I also remind her to follow a balanced diet a healthy and active lifestyle.

Best regards
