Is Meaquor okay instead of Eskim? How is the fish oil done?
Good morning, I tell you right away that Meaquor and Eskim cannot be exactly equivalent, as:
- Meaquor is a dietary supplement
- Eskim, on the other hand, is a drug that, if prescribed with a note as in your case, can be reimbursed by the NHS.
Dietary supplements are not reimbursable by the NHS. But despite being a dietary supplement, Meaquor has ahigh concentration of omega-3 EPA and DHA-so much so that per capsule it provides 500 mg of EPA and 400 mg of DHA. Fish oil purity: what guarantees?
