Accessibility statement
Foreword
Legislative Decree No. 82 of May 27, 2022 implemented Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 17, 2019 on accessibility requirements for products and services.
Guidelines on accessibility of services, implementing Article 21 of Legislative Decree No. 82/2022.
The decree was published in the Official Gazette (General Series No. 152 of 01-07-2022) and came into effect on July 16, 2022, but its provisions are effective as of June 28, 2025.
U.G.A. Nutraceuticals srl is committed to making its websites accessible in accordance with Law No. 82 of May 27, 2022, which transposed Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 17, 2019 on accessibility requirements for products and services. This accessibility statement applies to the websites https://www.omegor.com/.
Compatibility status with requirements
The website https://www.omegor.com/ is partially compliant with the requirements of Annex A of UNI EN 301549:2018 (WCAG 2.1) due to the nonconformities and/or exceptions listed below. U.G.A. Nutraceuticals srl is conducting, together with its suppliers, an analysis aimed at making the necessary interventions to make the sites in question accessible and compliant with the standard.
Inaccessible content
The following content is not accessible because it is not compatible with the underlying harmonized standard EN 301 549:
- There are links without linking text on many pages.
- There is a list element on a page that is not part of a list.
- On several pages, the contrast between text and background is too low.
- Single pages have 'iframe' elements without captions. Navigation with screen readers to iframes is difficult.
- Different pages have unlabeled form fields. It is difficult to navigate to the form fields with screen readers.
- On the pages all there are unlabeled buttons. It is difficult to navigate to the buttons with screen readers.
- There are titles on many pages that do not have a caption or contain the air-hidden attribute and are therefore not accessible to screen readers.
- There are invalid values of the air attribute on several pages. They are not recognized by the screen readers and therefore are not displayed correctly.
- The values of 'autocomplete' attributes are incorrect on a page. As a result, they may not be recognized by the browser.
- On individual pages, there are focusable elements that are marked as decorative and are therefore accessible to assistive technologies, but should actually be ignored.
- On single pages, a parent element lacks corresponding child elements. This can confuse screen reader users, as they expect content that is not there.
- On many pages, there are particularly important areas that are labeled with the role 'region' but have no labeling. This means that screen reader users cannot recognize the purpose and content of the area.
- There are interactive elements on all pages whose names are not part of the labeling. This makes it difficult to control the website by voice control.
- There are elements in individual pages that are assigned to a role but do not contain the required attributes. These elements may not be displayed correctly by screen readers based on their role.
- There are lists on individual pages that contain items that do not belong in the lists. As a result, lists may not be reproduced correctly by assistive technologies.
The code evolutions and future evolutions have been and will be developed in accordance with WCAG 2.2 guidelines. The statement was drafted on 06/26/2025. It was made using an assessment in accordance with the requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/882 through a self-assessment carried out directly by the supplier. The statement was created with the help of Web Inclusion GmbH's Eye-Able® technology. More information about Web Inclusion GmbH can be found at https://eye-able.com/it.

The company is committed to developing past and future code evolutions in accordance with WCAG 2.2 guidelines.
