Is it advisable to stop taking Twinefa for a period?

I have been taking Omegor Antiage for more than a year with excellent results. I would like to know if it is advisable to discontinue the treatment from time to time, and if there are contraindications to continuing it continuously. Thank you.

it is not necessary to stop treatment.

Should you prefer to follow break periods (maximum 1 month), I still recommend supplementation sessions lasting 2-3 months. This time cycle will allow the active ingredients to carry out their action.
