Omegor Mind: what dosage at age 18?

For Omegor Mind is the dosage for children up to 18 years old one pearl per day? For this whole range? Or are there different ranges? An 18-year-old boy is already an adult: can he take the full dosage of two capsules a day or do you risk the side effects? Thank you

the dosage of 2 capsules per day is absolutely usable for an 18-year-old boy without normally observing any side effects. Two capsules per day provides EPA and DHA above the recommended daily dose of 250 mg and 225 mg of BacoMind-which corresponds to the dosage used in studies in which effects on learning ability were evaluated.


A posology tip: Taking the capsules should be done at a main meal-breakfast, lunch or dinner-to facilitate the absorption of the active ingredients they contain. I remain available for further information.
