Panic attacks: which Omega-3 supplement to combat this condition?

I suffer from panic attacks and am taking hormone replacement therapy. The gynecologist advised me to also take Omega-3. I would like to understand which of your products is the right one in my case. Best regards

Dear Chiara,

the product best suited in your case may be Omegor Vitality. In convenient pearls, it is available in 700 mg or 1410 mg sizes.

Vitality is a pharmaceutical-grade EPA/DHA polyunsaturated fatty acid supplement with a high concentration of Omega-3 as well as the highest purity and bioavailability. The recommended daily dose is 1-3 beads of Vitality 1410 mg (corresponding to 2-6 beads per day of Vitality 700 mg), for an EPA and DHA intake of 600-1800 mg, or otherwise as recommended by your gynecologist. Possible alternative, should she wish, is to combine Vitality with a supplement such as Omegor Antiage. In Omegor Antiage, in addition to the valuable Omega-3, there are also Omega-6 (from borage oil) as well as important substances withantioxidant and antiradical action:

  • resveratrol
  • alpha-lipoic acid
  • CoQ10
  • curcumin
  • tocotrienols

Among the main benefits it brings to the body:

  • Acts as an anti-inflammatory;
  • Optimizes mood;
  • increases apacity to concentrate;
  • Improves the quality of sleep.

As for supplementation, he could add 1 bead of Omegor Antiage daily to his usual dosage of fatty acids, or replace 1 bead of Vitality with 1 bead of Twinefa.

I hope I have been helpful and remain at your disposal for any other questions or useful information.

Sincerely.
