At what time of day is it best to take Omega-3?

it is preferable to take the Omega-3 beads before a main meal in order to promote the absorption and digestibility of the product.
In fact, absorption is aided by the other fats within the meal. From the point of view of digestibility, on the other hand, intake at a meal reduces the risk of the few annoyances (such as belching and unpleasant aftertaste) that can be associated with the use of Omega 3 supplements, especially if they are made from fish oil or if they are made from cod liver oil.

For how long?

However, the time required to be able to observe benefits may be longer. We suggest that you continue taking it, without interruption, for at least 2 to 3 months, after which, barring special circumstances, you can continue it without risk; in fact, Omega 3 supplements, when taken according to the recommendations received, are generally considered safe.
