Which cholesterol control product is suitable in case of Monacolin K allergy?

My 64-year-old wife has some problems: Total cholesterol 265 Triglycerides 205 Vitamin D 18. Suspected parapsoriasis Which omega-3 supplement do you recommend? Taking into account that she is allergic to monacolin? Do you have an omega 3 + vitamin D supplement? I look forward to your suggestions. Thank you

Dear Luciano,

considering your wife's allergy, the product I recommend is Eulipid, a dietary supplement in tablet form that contains neither fish oil nor fermented red rice. Its main component is Berberine, a plant-derived substance that facilitates the "capture" of cholesterol by the liver.

This natural substance is extracted from Berberis aristata a plant used in traditional Chinese medicine. Berberine, as shown by several scientific studies, exerts a positive effect on blood sugar in addition to its action on circulating lipids.

Each tablet of Eulipid, in addition to containing 500 milligrams of Berberine, also provides several antioxidant and anti-inflammatory substances such as Citrus bioflavonoids, polycosanols, resveratrol, tocotrienols, and CoQ10 useful for balancing levels of total cholesterol, "bad" cholesterol, and triglycerides in the blood.

The recommended daily dose of Eulipid is 1 tablet daily, taken preferably before dinner.

To keep triglycerides under control as well, he can combine Eulipid with another supplement: Meaquor 1000, an EPA and DHA product that supports the maintenance of normal blood triglyceride levels. The recommended dose is 2 to 3 capsules per day to be taken at a main meal.

Regarding your last question, we currently have no availability of D3 Drops, the vitamin D dietary supplement best suited for your wife.

Best regards
