How long can I take Omegor Vitality? Can it also be given to children?

no periods of suspension are necessary during integration: any interruption depends only on you and your needs.
Regarding the administration of Omega-3 to children, there are several solutions:
- infants can be given a supplement such as liquid VitaDHA (in the amount of 1 to 3 milliters per day to be diluted in milk or baby food), a product specifically formulated for the needs of mothers and infants;
- children aged 3 to12 years may be more suitable for supplementation with the product Omegor Twinefa, which contains Omega-3 and Omega-6.
Indeed, scientific studies have shown that the administration of both of these essential fatty acids improves learning ability, reading speed and attention.
