Are there Omega-3 supplements for children?

Dear Antimo,

Our dedicated product for children is Omegor Kids. Flavored with orange, it is a liquid supplement in convenient single-dose sachets containing 200 mg of DHA from algal oil. The amount of DHA in each sachet is the amount recommended by the European Commission and the most authoritative pediatric and clinical nutrition associations to promote a child's physical, intellectual and behavioral growth. Theomega-3 fatty acid DHA is in fact one of the fundamental constituents of the membranes of the cells of the nervous system, also "involved" in the development of visual abilities. The formulation is enriched with:

  • Vitamin D3, important for calcium and phosphate fixation in bones and tooth enamel;
  • Vitamin C, an antioxidant useful for boosting the immune system.
This is made especially pleasant by the presence of honey, a natural energy source with known antibacterial, emollient and soothing activity. The dosage is 1 sachet per day, to be taken individually (perhaps as a snack replacement) or added to yogurt, white or fruit. No need to take on a full stomach: this makes the product very convenient because it can be taken anywhere and at any time of day. Treatment cycles of 2-3 months can be made, observing then 1 month break between each one.

Supplementation with Omegor Kids is also particularly useful and effective during school time. I cordially greet you and remain at your disposal for any clarification.
