Omegor products are, in principle, gluten-free (the presence of which is also excluded with regard to the outer shell, which consists of food-grade gelatin, glycerol and purified water).

In fact, even if absent in theory, the presence of infinitesimal traces of gluten cannot be completely ruled out. The maximum concentration tolerated by the entire celiac population is 20 milligrams on one kilogram of food. 

Although the raw materials we use do not contain gluten, we are working to ensure that there is no "cross contamination" at various stages of production as well as to allow clear labeling regarding its absence.
